travel planning that works for you
Travel planning help for busy people who want the trip, not the admin spiral
You know that moment when a quick city break somehow turns into 47 tabs, three half-finished notes apps lists, and a mild identity crisis over whether the hotel is “central” or “technically near a bus stop”? That’s where I come in.
I help busy travellers plan smart, exciting trips without losing their evenings to flight comparisons, dodgy reviews, and map-related chaos. If you love travelling but hate disappearing into the planning rabbit hole, you’re in the right place.
My travel planning service is built for people who want more holiday and less hassle, especially if you’re fitting travel around a full-time job, limited annual leave, and a frazzled brain that would quite like a rest.
Love travelling, but get overwhelmed by the planning?
Planning a trip sounds fun at first. Then it becomes a part-time job you never applied for.
Maybe you:
- work full-time and can’t face spending your Sunday night comparing train times
- read one bad hotel review and spiral into a panic
- easily become stuck choosing between “hidden gem” and “popular spot” and end up booking neither
I’ve been there. I’ve planned Iceland day trips before work, Montenegro weekends during lunch breaks, and multi-stop trips while juggling a full-time job. I know how easy it is to waste hours researching things that don’t matter, while still worrying you’ve missed the one thing that does.
That’s why I offer flexible travel planning services for different stages of the process. You can hand over the whole job, ask for a second opinion, or book live support while you sort things out. Either way, you get a realistic plan that fits your budget, pace, and travel style.
Free up your time and get a trip plan that actually makes sense
When you book with me, you don’t get a generic itinerary copied from page one of Google. You get a hand-curated plan based on how you actually like to travel.
That might mean a fast-paced weekend with early flights and zero faff. It might mean a softer plan with built-in downtime, safer neighbourhood suggestions, and transport details you don’t need a PhD in local buses to understand.
I focus on practical travel planning for real people. So if you’ve only got a few days off, I help you make them count. If you’re worried about wasting money on the wrong hotel, I help narrow it down. If you want hidden gems without spending six hours hunting for them, I do that leg work for you.
Meet Your Travel Planner
Hi, I’m Natalie!
I’ve travelled widely over the last few years, planning my own flights, stays, transport and activities while working full-time. My blog grew from sharing tight itineraries for short breaks and annual leave-friendly adventures, because I know loads of us want big travel memories without needing three spare months and a trust fund.
My articles have helped thousands of readers shape their trips. I also help answer travel questions in large Facebook travel communities, where I see the same stress points pop up again and again. People want trips that feel exciting, but also realistic. They want to know the area is safe, the timings work, and the plan won’t collapse because Google Maps was feeling overly-optimistic.
That mix of personal experience and hands-on planning is what I bring to every trip.

Why Hire Me?
Travel agents often work around supplier relationships, commission payments, and sales targets. I don’t. I work completely independently and so my recommendations are based solely on your trip, your budget, and what you actually want from your time away.
That means your weekend in Italy can be built around walkable areas and food spots you’ll genuinely enjoy, rather than a generic list of landmarks everyone photographs (and half the internet complains about later).
It also means I plan with real-life constraints in mind. If you’ve got four days off work and you’re flying from Manchester, I care about whether the route makes sense and the timings are practical. If a hotel saves you ยฃ20 but adds an hour of faff each day, I won’t pretend that’s a bargain.
When I planned my own 1-week Kenya trip, I had to balance safari costs, internal flight bookings and limited time. I didn’t want a beautiful idea of a trip, I wanted one that worked and gave me an adventure to remember forever. That’s how I approach every client plan too.

FAQs
How long does it take to get my plan?
Itinerary reviews are returned within two working days. Basic itineraries are delivered within three working days. Detailed plans are delivered within five working days after your call and form are complete.
Do you only plan certain destinations?
No. I can help with European short breaks, longer adventures, and mixed-style trips, plus destinations in Africa and Asia including Kenya, Tunisia and Turkey. If you’ve got a short haul destination in mind, send it over and I’ll confirm if it fits the service and my expertise.
Can you book things for me?
I provide planning recommendations and the direct links you need, rather than making bookings done for you. This keeps things simple, and means you handle the payments and remain the primary contact for your key services. It’s also less complex in case of a travel insurance claim.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Basic services include up to three follow-up emails. Detailed plans include unlimited follow-up emails. If your requirements change, or you still need extra support beyond what’s included as standard, I’m always happy to assist but there may be an additional fee depending on what’s required.
Is this worth it for a short trip?
Yes, definitely, because short trips often need tighter planning than long ones. If you’ve only got two or three days away, poor logistics and planning errors eat into your time fast.
What if I’ve already planned most of my trip?
That is exactly what my itinerary review service is for. I’ll check it for flow, timing, neighbourhood choices, transport logic and missed opportunities.
Can you plan around a budget?
Yes. Budget is one of the core parts of the brief. I can shape recommendations around low-cost, mid-range, or mixed-priority travel.
Do you help anxious, neurodiverse or solo travellers?
Yes, especially when stress comes from safety concerns, too much choice, or fear of getting the details wrong. I’ve been there. And as an ADHD traveller myself, I completely understand the overwhelm and decision paralysis that planning a trip can cause. A clear plan removes a lot of that mental clutter, and I can help address any specific concerns you may have.
