The service allows people to create a Travel Buddy profile and, where they have a specific trip in mind, request a paid matching service.

The Travel Buddy service is separate from the general read-only website.

Information collected for a Travel Buddy profile

If you create a Travel Buddy profile, we may collect information such as:

Information relating to completed matching requests may be retained for a reasonable period (up to 6 years in line with UK data regulations) for customer service, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and business record purposes.
