Order process

Please click ‘Buy Now’ on your preferred item, and you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website to process your payment. There you can select the quantity of the item (up to 5). For express checkout, select ‘PayPal’ or ‘Apple Pay’ to pay by secure log-in, or ‘Debit or Credit Card’ to pay by providing your card details.

Once payment has been successful, you’ll be redirected back to my website’s ‘thank you’ page, and a receipt will be sent by email to confirm your order details.

Shipping and delivery policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours (unless otherwise instructed) by Royal Mail’s 48-hour tracked service. Delivery costs a flat fee of £2.80 per order, for multiples of the same item.

For orders of different items across separate transactions, made within a 24-hour period, any multiple delivery fees will be refunded to the original payment method when the orders are processed.

Payment methods

Payment is by PayPal, with most major debit and credit cards accepted. Full PayPal terms and conditions can be found here.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled by email within 14 days of the item(s) being received, and must be returned within a further 14 days. Items must be received back in the same condition as when received. A refund (minus the delivery fee) will be issued back to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

If an item is faulty or damaged when received, a replacement will be issued (if stock is available) or a full refund will be given (including the delivery fee).

An item is deemed lost in transit after 10 working days. After this time, a replacement or refund (including the delivery fee) may be requested by email.

Errors

Please check your order details, total and delivery address before completing a purchase. If an error is made during the order process, please contact me as soon as possible to amend the order.

If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected, no refund or replacement can be given once the order has been dispatched.
